Platinum Living Realty adds Lisa Groth to ranks

Platinum Living Realty, an independent luxury real estate brokerage with four offices across Arizona, announced Lisa Groth has joined the brokerage in Scottsdale.

Formerly with RE/MAX Excalibur, Ms. Groth is an award-winning realtor who earned “Rookie of the Year” status when she entered the industry in 2014, according to a press release.

“Lisa is a highly effective realtor whether you are looking to buy or sell a home and we are pleased to welcome her to Platinum Living Realty,” Jay Macklin, co-owner of Platinum Living Realty, said in a prepared statement. “Her expertise in real estate contracts is unmatched.”

Ms. Groth has built a reputation, a release claims, among her clients for being an expert in contracts relating to real estate.
She says she has never had a problem getting a buyer out of a contract, if the need arises and she can keep them contractually compliant, but also has a track record of keeping homes under contract once there is a buyer.

“Most people don’t realize that they are entering into a multi-page legal contract when they are buying or selling a home. I help ensure my clients successfully navigate the complicated contract,” Ms. Groth said in a prepared statement.

“I’m looking forward to working with, and learning from, the staff and other agents at Platinum Living Realty.”

Ms. Groth, a University of California San Diego alumna graduating with honors cum laude, specializes in residential real estate in communities across the North Valley including Tramonto and Desert Ridge.

Ms. Groth also leverages her success to give back to the community, as she was the top single agent donator to the Children’s Miracle Network for Phoenix Children’s Hospital.

Outside of real estate, Ms. Groth says she enjoys spending time with her two teenage children and is an avid Pickleball player.

Platinum Living Realty claims to take a different approach than traditional real estate brokerages by providing agents with a customized package of over 20 marketing tools to target and grow its businesses; consistent and individualized coaching to work through challenges and problems that arise; abundant opportunities for generating new leads and clients; plus their proprietary 5-part system-based coaching and training program.

Platinum Living Realty has over 150 dedicated real estate agents helping home buyers and sellers navigate Arizona’s real estate market.
