MC Companies acquires property asset in North Scottsdale

Multifamily investment firm MC Companies announced it recently acquired a multifamily property asset in North Scottsdale.
According to a press release, MC Companies acquired The Core Scottsdale, which principals described as a premier Class A multifamily community. This development features 282 units, a resident clubhouse with a coffee lounge, theater room and poker room, a rooftop pool and deck with spa and more. The press release says that the floor plans include one and two-studio bedroom apartments.
This is the second acquisition by MC Companies in the Greater Phoenix market in 2025.
