Launch Real Estate, a luxury real estate brokerage in Arizona, has announced adding a high profile partner and opening a new office in north Scottsdale.
Julie Pelle, co-founder of PR Partners, along with her team has joined Launch from Realty One Group and will head Launch’s second office located at Pinnacle Peak and Pima roads in north Scottsdale.
“We have been looking to expand our footprint into north Scottsdale and have been patiently waiting for the right partners to assist in our growth,” said Sean Zimmerman, president of Launch Real Estate. “Julie’s reputation, professionalism and character are the perfect complement to our culture and our vision.”
Launch is taking over, renovating and expanding upon Pelle’s existing office space, which will be transformed into a hospitality suite, providing an indoor/outdoor gathering place for agents to meet with clients, according to a press release.
Boasting more than 40 years of combined experience, the PR Partners team is comprised of Pelle, Christina Rathbun and Peyton September, who all have reputations in the Valley and extensive experience buying and selling real estate.
With a combined sales volume of more than $80 million already year-to-date, the majority of the team’s business is referral based, the press release stated, a testament to the expertise and level of service that they bring to every deal.
PR Partners specializes in luxury golf course communities, new builds, relocation, investment properties, luxury rentals and land deals in Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Phoenix, Cave Creek and beyond.
“We could not be more thrilled to join Launch and be among some of the best agents in our industry,” said Pelle. “Becoming a Launch partner and opening the North Scottsdale Launch office is the next step in my real estate career and I am fortunate for the opportunity to grow relationships with some of the best in the game in north Scottsdale.”
As an individual office, Launch has the number one marketshare for homes sold over $3 million, representing nearly one in every 10 sold over $3 million in Maricopa County during the last 12 months.
