One of the largest real estate brokerages in the United States has expanded its presence in Arizona by acquiring a Phoenix-area brand.
According to a press release, Compass has officially added Arizona-based North & Co. to its repertoire of brokerages. This acquisition comes 18 months after Compass entered the Arizona market with the acquisition of Launch Real Estate, which was formerly the number one independent luxury brand in the state.
This acquisition will add more than 450 agents to Compass, which is now responsible for $4 billion in luxury real estate sales in Arizona. North & Co. Founder Brian North and his executive team will continue to lead their teams locally, according to the press release.
