knoodle makes Sandra Guadarrama-Baumunk a company partner

Sandra Guadarrama-Baumunk, vice president of client services for knoodle advertising agency, has made partner after nine years with the company.

The company has announced the latest addition to its partnership group to be elevated to serve alongside its chief executive officer Rosaria Cain at the central Phoenix creative firm, according to a press release.

Ms. Guadarrama-Baumunk will oversee key accounts as well as agencywide leadership initiatives and operations, the release said, adding that she will maintain her current title, while gaining ownership in the entirely female-owned agency.

“One of the greatest parts of working in this agency is being with people who have the same passion and want success for its client base,” said Guadarrama-Baumunk in a prepared statement.

“It speaks volumes that our CEO trusts me and believes in me enough to be part of the future of knoodle. Seeing another strong woman at the helm of a successful business is an amazing experience.”

Ms. Guadarrama-Baumunk has 20 years of experience in digital and broadcast media, including stints with CBS Radio and Emmis Communications, the release said.

“This is the logical step for both the agency and Sandra,” said Ms. Cain in a prepared statement. “Her media background and utter devotion to client goals make this elevation textbook. knoodle is proud to promote Sandra and create a more diverse ownership group.”
