Keep Scottsdale Beautiful presents Purge-A-Palooza

Keep Scottsdale Beautiful is presenting Purge-A-Palooza, Saturday, Nov. 16 --- a clean-out event aimed at ridding homes and businesses of what can be reused or recycled responsibly.

The family-friendly event is from 8 a.m. to noon Nov. 16 at Scottsdale Community College, 9000 E. Chaparral Road, is a one-stop drop-off recycling event that will accept items from the list to the left, including cell phones, electronics and medical devices, and will offer kids the opportunity to check out a local garbage truck up-close!

The event is sponsored by the Scottsdale Area Association of Realtors and image360.

Services have been provided by American Textile Recycling Services, City of Scottsdale Solid Waste and Police departments, and Cutters Document Destruction, Prestige Cleaners, Treasures 4 Teachers and Westech Recyclers.
