He was a native of New York. He grew up residing with his mom Carolyn. At the early age of 18 he served time overseas while in the US Air Force. He spent time working with police departments in New Jersey and New York, while volunteering at the fire department in New Jersey. He is survived by his wife Rosalie Ehrlich (Nee Bertino). He has four kids, Stephen Ehrlich, Jennifer Talmadge, Doreen Ehrlich, and Jeannette Chardavoyne. Seven Grandkids including Jessica, Ronald, Brooke and Lindsey. Started out as a Deacon in New Jersey at Our Lady Queen of Peace in Hewitt NJ then moved to Arizona where he was a Deacon at Blessed Sacrament and Our Lady of Perpetual Help. He worked with grieving families through Messinger Mortuary and Whitney and Murphy. There will be a viewing at 11am on Saturday 5/20 at Messinger Mortuary 7601 E Indian School Road Scottsdale AZ, 85251. With a service and Rosary immediately following at 11:45am with a repass after. Cremation will be at a later date with final resting at paradise memorial gardens in the mausoleum.
