Gallery Andrea, 7019 E. Main Street in Old Town Scottsdale, is hosting a February exhibit featuring romantic florals, fashions and works of art.

The Valentines exhibit at Andrea Gallery includes work by international artist Andrea de Kerpely-Zak, a Hungarian-born artist who’s known for her “loose impressionist florals.” She has created a special series of works with a Valentine theme as miniature works in various sizes.

Kerpely-Zak’s daughter, Andrea Zakrzewski, has is featuring Valentine fashion under her brand name, Artsyandreaz Floral Fashion. She makes custom-made wearable art incorporating florals.

Artists Joanna Zjawinska and Joseph McCabe both have paintings of romantic ladies included in the exhibit as well. Zjawinska is a Polish-born artist who’s known for painting strong, confident women, according to a press release. Her works became famous in the 1980s as they were featured at Saks Fifth Avenue.

McCabe is a local artist who loves to paint people in a loose impressionist style, the press release stated, noting he is inspired by Renoir.
