Cullum Homes adds custom modular options to houses

Posted

Cullum Homes is launching its full suite of home customization options.

Cullum Homes has announced Lifestyle Options, a set of highly customized living spaces and features that can be built into its homes and are now available, according to a press release.

Highlighting this new feature from Cullum Homes is its signature Cullum Homes “Car Bar.”

The Cullum Homes “Car Bar” is a sleek and opulent way to both show off and store luxury automobiles. It is a revolutionary option and when added to a basement, comes equipped with its own car elevator, which can lower vehicles from the main garage into the basement showroom. This new customization can be added onto any of Cullum Homes’ Cirrus floor plans in Ascent at The Phoenician or a home of customers’ choice.

Another unique customization is an indoor golf simulator as part of its “19th Hole” basement entertainment zone. It can be combined or featured alongside its own tequila bar, movie theater and therapeutic treatment room.

Cullum conceived this concept after realizing that many of its clientele desired the same luxury customizations for their homes, so if the home builder could find a way to simplify and streamline the process, it could add value for those buyers, the press release stated.

“Our job at Cullum Homes is to deliver luxury in a streamlined and enjoyable manner, and this demands that we listen to the needs of our clientele,” Cullum Homes Founder and CEO Rod Cullum said in a press release. “Lifestyle Options is the result of just that: listening and learning from our clients and putting into action what our decades of experience has taught us.”
