Candeo Schools expands to north Scottsdale, announces information night

Posted

Nationally accredited, and tuition-free Candeo Schools will expand into the north Scottsdale community with plans of opening Candeo North Scottsdale in August.

For the 2020-2021 school year, Candeo North Scottsdale will educate students from kindergarten through eighth grade, bringing its “classical education approach and the nationally recognized core knowledge curriculum to broaden, enrich, and enliven the student academic experience,” according to a press release.

Candeo Schools North Scottsdale will hold an information night from 6:30 to 8 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 23 at Foothills Community Foundation, 34250 N. 60th Street, Building B, Scottsdale.

Interested parents are invited to meet with administrators; get to know Candeo Schools’ philosophy, curriculum, and culture; ask questions; and complete applications on the first day of early open enrollment, the release said.

“Our rigorous classical liberal arts program is designed to meet the needs of children who thrive in an environment of academic intensity, challenge, curiosity, and wonder,” says Candeo Schools Founder/CEO Dr. Stephanie Musser in a prepared statement.

“We saw an opportunity to bring our model and stability to more communities, beginning with north Scottsdale. At Candeo, we strive for excellence. This is reflected in the curriculum we select, teaching professionals we hire, and our business operations. We have a proven track record academically, operationally, and financially. In short, we are new to north Scottsdale, not in education.”
