Amelia's by EAT to open in Scottsdale

Amelia’s by EAT, a new eatery and market at McCormick Ranch in Scottsdale has announced its official grand opening this month.
Serving local and organically sourced menu offerings, scratch made cocktails, wine, bakery items, coffee and artisan market goods, the restaurant at 8240 N. Hayden Road is set to open its doors to the public on Tuesday, Sept. 12.
“I’m so excited to bring all my favorite things to Amelia's customers,” said owner and chef Stacey Weber, who has been offering private chef and catering services in Arizona since 2007. “We will be featuring all the most loved items from EAT and adding fresh baked breads, artisan market foods, organic coffee with house made syrups and delicious cocktails. The idea is to make eating well easy and enjoyable. I’m creating the place I’ve always wanted in Scottsdale.”
Amelia’s will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and will offer an all-day counter service menu including build your own nosh board, fresh handcrafted cocktails, grab and go food, beverages and grocery items.
Amelia’s is hiring for all positions including kitchen staff and front of house.
