Condé Nast Traveler announced on May 6 that ADERO Scottsdale was among the winners from its 2021 Hot List.

Conde Nast Traveler's annual Hot List recognizes the best new hotel openings around the world.

ADERO  Scottsdale is an Autograph Collection hotel that is managed by Aqua-Aston Hospitality in Fountain Hills.

“We feel incredibly grateful to be named one of the world’s best new hotels in Condé Nast Traveler’s 2021 Hot List," Dieter Schmitz, general manager, stated in the release.

The chic hotel received recognition as one of the best new hotels in the world, debuting as the only Marriott International Autograph Collection property in a certified dark sky community in Oct. 2020.

“It’s an honor to receive acknowledgment in multiple awards during our opening year," Mr. Schmitz stated. "This recognition is a reflection of our dedicated staff who go above and beyond to provide exceptional service and one-of-a-kind experiences to travelers and our local community.”

With elevated views of the famed Four Peaks and McDowell Mountain Range, the new 177-room luxury boutique resort joins a global portfolio of hotels and resorts that are independent, one-of-a-kind, and champion vision, design, and craft.

ADERO  is over 17 wide-open acres and is named after the iconic canyon that surrounds the resort.

Offering convenient access to 55,000 acres of desert terrain, the resort connects guests to the wonder of its natural setting with outdoor adventure, fitness activities, stargazing experiences, and elevated dining at CIELO, the onsite restaurant.

The spirit of the ADERO brand reflects a true sense of place and offers a modern sanctuary inspired by the living elements of its location in the rugged Sonoran Desert.
