286-unit apartment complex in Scottsdale completes construction

Manor Scottsdale, a 286-unit apartment complex in Scottsdale, recently completed construction, according to a press release.

The 6.5-acre site features a five-story wrap-style building, a fitness center, sauna, game room, swimming pool, dog park and more. The site was built by McShane Construction.

“We’re proud to announce the completion of Manor Scottsdale to accommodate the rising multi-family demand in Phoenix,” shared Scott Salyer, vice president and regional manager at McShane. “This development integrates a mix of charming units with luxury resort-style amenities.”

Units are offered in one, two and three bedroom layouts. There are 32 penthouse apartments, 19 with mountain views and 24 kosher apartments.

Additional amenities include a club room kitchen, grotto, pet spa, summer kitchens, electric vehicle charging stations, a smart package room and more.
