Scottsdale residents can only control three types of school funding. The Capital Override is one of those three. With State funding such a volatile and inconsistent source of operating funds, the Override becomes even more critical.

We have the lowest combined Property Tax Rate in the County. It has dropped every year for the last six years. Renewing the Override will not increase taxes, but it will protect the vitally important funds that our schools count on.

On average every SUSD campus would lose $500,000 each year if the Override failed.
