Work on medical complex, practice starts

Once completed, Terraza Medical Village in San Tan Valley will include five class “A” buildings for a combined total of 100,000 square feet of medical office space.
Tri-City Cardiology officially broke ground along with Terraza Medical Village, a five-building medical campus located in San Tan Valley.
The groundbreaking for Terraza Medical Village and Tri-City Cardiology took place on April 16.
Tri-City Cardiology, an East Valley medical practice with 27 board-certified cardiology and vascular care physicians, is on track to be the first tenant in Terraza Medical Village at 40245 N. Gantzel Road.
Terraza Medical Village builders expect that two of the five buildings forming the complex will be completed and ready for patients by May 2026.
Terraza Medical Village is a division of TCCC Real Estate Holding LLC and is being built by Kraus-Anderson Construction.
Once completed, the complex will include five class “A” buildings for a combined total of 100,000 square feet of medical office space located on more than 12 commercial acres. The cost of the project is estimated at $45 million.
