Tables, books, money donated to Queen Creek schools

Donations of two tables worth $1,600, library books valued at $200 and funds from $7 to $1,100 were recently approved for Queen Creek schools.

The Queen Creek Unified School District Governing Board approved the donations as part of a March 3 consent agenda.

They are:

  • $7 from YourCause LLC, trustee for Wells Fargo Community Support Campaign, to Queen Creek Middle School.
  • $31.50 from Ohiopyle Prints to Queen Creek High School, for T-shirts sold.
  • $50 from Mr. and Mrs. Blaine Marshall to Jack Barnes Elementary, earmarked for use in the library.
  • $87.11 from D-Max Inc., doing business as All Pro School Pictures, to Queen Creek Middle School, for commission for student photos.
  • $140.07 from Boeing Your Cause LLC to Jack Barnes Elementary.
  • Library books valued at $200 from Girl Scout Troop No. 2294 to Queen Creek High School.
  • $247.59 from All Pro School Pictures to Eastmark High School, for commission from 2019 pictures.
  • $155.00 and $127.00 from Wells Fargo to Queen Creek High School
  • $539 from YourCause Wells Fargo to Queen Creek High School.
  • $1,100 from Faith Mather Sossaman Elementary PTO to Faith Mather Sossaman Elementary, for second- and fourth-grade field trips of $550 each.
  • Two tables valued at $1,600 from the National Junior Honor Society to Queen Creek Middle School, for an outside seating area for students.
