Sossaman Farms is hosting a barbecue Nov. 8 to mark its 100th year farming in Queen Creek.

The event is 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Friday at The Great Hall at Sossaman Farms, 19101 E. Ocotillo Road.

Sossaman Farms marks 100th year farming in Queen Creek

Sossaman Farms is hosting a barbecue Nov. 8 to mark its 100th year farming in Queen Creek.

The event is 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Friday at The Great Hall at Sossaman Farms, 19101 E. Ocotillo Road.

RSVP's are required with all names in the party to s.sossaman@gmail.com.

"The Sossaman family homesteaded here in the QC in 1919 and this year is our centennial. We are hosting a BBQ to commemorate this milestone," according to a release. "Please join with us and the Town of Queen Creek, the QC Fire Department and sheriff’s department."
