Roadrunner Home Watch in Queen Creek has earned accreditation from the National Home Watch Association.

The NHWA was formed in 2009 to establish and maintain industry standards for Home Watch and absentee homeowner services throughout the U.S. and Canada, according to a release.

Home Watch is a visual inspection of a home or property, looking for obvious issues, which means that it is a service that “keeps an eye on things” at your vacation or primary home while you are not in residence.

Owner Lyle White is a retired Navy veteran who was deployed many times, so he has experienced the need to have someone reliable check on his home. He says that nothing is worse than coming home after being away for a few months, only to find out that a pipe had a pinhole leak the entire time, the release states.

Mr. White moved back to Arizona in 2014. He has friends, neighbors and relatives who are winter visitors who like to travel regularly or who occasionally take a week away. He had been monitoring their homes for years and a friend recommended he go into business as a home watch professional.

He earned the designation of NHWA Certified Home Watch Professional and has graduated from the NHWA’s Home Watch Boot Camp. The CHWP designation and Home Watch Boot Camp training show his commitment to providing excellent service to his clients, the release states.

Roadrunner Home Watch serves Apache Junction, Gold Canyon, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Florence and Coolidge. Contact Mr. White at 480-369-2208 or at info@roadrunnerhomewatch.com. Go to roadrunnerhomewatch.com.
