Road restrictions through Nov. 15 for Loop 101 Price Freeway project

The Arizona Department of Transportation advises drivers on the Loop 101 Price Freeway to slow down and use caution around construction personnel and equipment.

ADOT’s Price Freeway improvement project will add one new travel lane in each direction along Loop 101 between Baseline Road and the Loop 202 Santan Freeway.

The following closures and restrictions are scheduled to be in place: 

  • The northbound frontage road (Price Road) at Baseline Road will be closed from 10 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 12, to 1 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 13.
  • The southbound Price Freeway will be narrowed to two lanes overnight between Warner and Ray roads from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. beginning the night of Tuesday, Nov. 12, and continuing through the morning of Friday, Nov. 15.
  • The northbound Price Freeway will be narrowed to two lanes overnight between Elliot and Guadalupe roads from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. beginning the night of Tuesday, Nov. 12, and continuing through the morning of Friday, Nov. 15.
  • The eastbound US 60 connecting ramp to the southbound Price Freeway will be closed from 9 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 14, to 5 a.m. Friday, Nov. 15. Eastbound drivers can use southbound McClintock Road to eastbound Guadalupe Road to get around the closure.
  • The southbound Price Freeway on-ramp at Baseline Road and off-ramp at Guadalupe Road will be closed from 9 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 14, to 5 a.m. Friday, Nov. 15.
  • The southbound Price Freeway will be narrowed to two lanes between Baseline and Guadalupe roads from 9 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 14, to 5 a.m. Friday, Nov. 15.
  • The northbound Price Freeway on-ramp at Chandler Boulevard will be closed from 9 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 14, to 5 a.m. Friday, Nov. 15. The right lane of the freeway also will be closed near the restricted ramp.
  • The southbound Price Freeway on-ramp at Warner Road and off-ramp at Ray Road remain closed until 5 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 26.
  • The northbound Price Freeway on-ramp at Elliot Road and off-ramp at Guadalupe Road remain closed until 5 a.m. Monday, Dec. 2.
  • The southbound Price Freeway off-ramp at Guadalupe Road will be closed starting at 5 a.m. Friday, Nov. 15, until 5 a.m. Monday, Dec. 30

Schedules are subject to change based on weather and other unforeseen factors.
