Queen Creek’s new utility billing system now live

Posted

The town of Queen Creek’s new utility billing system is now live, and all utility customers are affected by the transition.

All customers will receive a printed bill this week for the payment due Monday, March 27.  The printed bill will include your old account number, which can be used to sign up in the new portal to view your new account number, according to a press release.

Action required to pay QC utility bills:

  •  All customers paying through autopay will need to re-enroll. Visit www.QueenCreekAZ.gov/PayMyBill - you will need your current account number to sign up.
  • All customers using bill pay through their bank will need to update their customer / account number and payment address.
  • All customers mailing payments will need to use the provided envelope / stub or update their customer / account number and payment address (P.O. Box 29014, Phoenix, AZ 85038).
  • All customers making a payment by phone, 480-358-3480, will need to have their new customer / account number.

The town will continue to offer a payment drop box located at 22350 S. Ellsworth Road. Kiosks will continue to be available at the front desk for online bill assistance from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Thursday, at 22358 S. Ellsworth Road.

Following the March 27 bill due date, all customers will receive a new bill due date – please see the map or visit www.QueenCreekAZ.gov/PayMyBill to determine your new bill due date.

The new utility billing system will offer updated technology and customer service features, including an online portal with access to water consumption history, payment history, the ability to sign up for utility-related alerts and the ability to start or transfer service.

Customer rates are not changing. This is an upgrade to the town’s utility billing system.
