The town of Queen Creek is inviting residents to meet members of the Queen Creek Police Department and the Queen Creek Fire and Medical Department at the Second Annual Public Safety Day celebration.

The event takes place from 9-11 a.m., Saturday, Feb. 4, at the parking lot of the Law Enforcement and Community Chambers building, 20727 Civic Parkway, and at Fire Station 1 across the street.

Guests will have the opportunity to meet and interact with police officers and firefighters while engaging in family friendly activities. The event will feature a public safety vehicle display, technology demonstrations, K-9 demonstrations, a chance to tour Fire Station 1 and other interactive activities.

Free coffee from Starbucks and pastries from Target will be provided while supplies last.

The event is also a celebration of QCPD’s one-year anniversary. Officers started patrolling the streets of the town on Jan. 11, 2022.
