The Town of Queen Creek is having an ice cream social you can attend from the convenience of your own home.

Tune in on Facebook @QueenCreek or QueenCreek.org/IceCreamSocial starting on Saturday, July 18, to learn about current and future community projects, share feedback with town staff and get a behind-the-scenes look at some of the town’s departments working to make Queen Creek the place to live, play and learn, according to a release.

Residents will learn about new businesses coming to town, plans for future growth, transportation and infrastructure improvements, parks and trails, recreation and more.

"With so many delicious ice cream shops to choose from in Queen Creek, support our local businesses by picking up your favorite treat and share a photo of it with us during Queen Creek’s Ice Cream Social week," the release states.
