Queen Creek recently launched an interactive map with industrial property for sale and lease. The economic development tool helps site selectors, industrial developers and prospective businesses easily find sites that fit their needs and projected timelines, according to a press release.
“Queen Creek is strategically located with land available for development,” stated Queen Creek Economic Development Director Doreen Cott in the release. “With a growing community and highly educated workforce, Queen Creek is an excellent place for employers to locate. We continue to be a business-friendly community and this map is just one additional tool to assist the development community.”
Along with showing the industrial inventory available for development, the map also includes utility lines, future roads, zoning and acreage, all in one centralized place.
As the town continues to work toward fulfilling the Economic Development Strategic Plan, the map will help facilitate one of the target sectors, advanced manufacturing, the release stated.
The town’s population is approximately 71,000, which has more than doubled since 2015 and is expected to continue to increase at a steady pace.
Infrastructure improvements continue to increase accessibility to Queen Creek. In 2022, the Arizona Department of Transportation opened the extension of the State Route 24, which provides freeway access and frontage along the town’s northern boundary. Additional roadway improvements are underway and in design to enhance connectivity with the region.
