Queen Creek celebrates Valentine’s Day with ‘Love Bug Dance’

Posted

Parents can celebrate Valentine’s Day early with their little “love bugs” at the town of Queen Creek’s Love Bug Dance.

The dance takes place from 6 to 8 p.m., Friday, Feb. 3 at the Recreation Annex, 21802 S. Ellsworth Road. There will be music, crafts, games, refreshments and dancing.

The event is open to children ages 3 through 12. This is not a drop-off event, so parents must stay with their children during the dance.

The cost for the Love Bug Dance is $15 for the first adult, $10 per additional adult and $10 per child.

Pre-registration is required and can be completed online or in person at the Recreation Annex.

Opportunities for volunteering are still available. For more information, visit QueenCreekAZ.gov.

The town’s Recreation Division offers a variety of programs and classes for all ages and interests. Classes include dance, fitness, art, preschool, tumbling, music, drama, sports, workshops and more.
