Queen Creek school district offers financial literacy class for parents of junior and high school students

The Queen Creek Unified School District believes it’s never too early to teach a youngster about financial literacy.
In order to help a child be smart with their money, parents need to teach them good habits and how to avoid some money mistakes. Parents can come to the session and learn topics to discuss with their children and some strategies to make those discussions stick.
The financial literacy class is offered through the QCUSD Parent Institute. It takes place 5-6 p.m. Wednesday, March 24, at the District Office, 20217 E. Chandler Heights Road. Families can attend in-person or virtually. Here is a link where families can register.
