Nancy Jane Gray

Posted

Nancy will be remembered by her friends and family for her sense of humor, positive outlook on life, and strong will. She lit up every room she entered with a warm smile and a hug. Nancy was always intent on lending a helping hand, even when no one asked for one. She enjoyed life to the fullest. You could always find her bowling, golfing, or winning at BINGO.
She was fortunate to share her passions in life with loving husband of 43 years, Lawrence Gray.
Nancy spent any free time she had enjoying the company of her family and rescuing and raising many cute dogs that were known by all in the neighborhood.
Born in Ohio to Hungarian immigrants, Nancy moved to Arizona shortly after starting her own family.
Nancy made friends with everyone she met and felt very loved and supported as a member of the Sun City community.
On August 10th, 2020, Nancy joined her heavenly family, and was undoubtedly greeted with open arms by her husband Lawrence Gray. She is survived by her children, Bob (Susan) and Deborah (Jim); siblings, Evie, Tom (Carol), and Kenny; step-children, Laurie and Cindy (Mike); grandchildren: Rob (Denise), Tara (Chris), Jeremy, Heather (Scott), Scott (Amanda), Christiana (Trevor), Justin (Danielle), Shelby, Samuel, Rachel, Alicia, Dakotah; great-grandchildren: Aria, Holden, Asher, Canaan, Noah, Beniah, Leighton, Alys, Brandt, Bailey; and many other family members she loved dearly.
A long-time resident of Arizona, she left an imprint on all of our lives, never to be forgotten. Her life will be honored on Nov. 25th at 10:30a.m. at National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 N. Cave Creek Rd., Phoenix, AZ 85024.
