Personal background highlights: I have been on podcasts in over 52 countries, and am an Amazon best-selling author. For my 30th birthday I jumped out of a perfectly good plane! Most recently I was honored to be included in the Who's Who 2022/2023 edition. I am a graduate of The Citizens Leadership Academy in Queen Creek 2022, and just started Gilbert Leadership Class 31.

Professional background highlights: I am honored to be a Forbes Contributor, International Speaker. At any given time we handle clients in over 22 countries speaking over 17 languages. In more than a decade in business, we have won numerous awards for company culture, innovative designs and practices, and emerging business.

What I do: We help our clients get in front of their ideal target online.

What I like most about doing business here: While we serve clients all over the world, I love serving the East Valley because there are so many creative people making a big impact on the world. I also get to know my clients locally on a personal level, which adds to my level of professional satisfaction.

Things I would like to see more of in this area:  More space for entrepreneurs to collaborate. Maybe more mentoring programs to help new businesses just starting out to get realistic advice from professionals who have been in the industry for a longer period of time.

What am I promoting: Our commitment to hiring more local to Arizona, as well as a partnership with local nonprofits to give back to the community and make a bigger impact. We are actively working with the community to find organizations that could use our help and committing to donate a percentage of our profits each quarter.

What I’m excited about and why: I'm excited to be at a level in business where we can begin to focus on philanthropy and giving back in a much more consistent way. I know that by partnering with these organizations we can help create a bigger ripple.

Favorite community cause and why: House of Refuge, they are the boots on the ground type of organization that provides homeless families a hand up. In this current climate where housing is out of reach for so many Arizonans it is great to see an organization that provides these valuable resources.

When and why I started my business/employment here: I started the business here in the East Valley in 2010. In 2017, I moved to Colorado and it did not take me long to realize that Arizona was home, and I moved back in the summer of 2020.

My family: My husband and I have a blended family with five children, ranging in ages from 24-13 and a 5-year-old grandson. We have two fur babies. An Aussiedoodle named Hank (the Tank) and a Rottweiler named Harlee.

My interests & hobbies: We enjoy traveling, concerts, live productions, exploring new restaurants and movies.

People who inspire me (and how): I am most inspired by local business owners who truly celebrate and champion one another. People who believe the best in one another and actively look for ways to serve. It is these people who I turn to when I need encouragement and who I celebrate with when we reach new goals. Celebrities and famous people are great to admire but those who truly inspire me are the ones who do the hard things every day with a smile on their face.

My guiding philosophy: To whom much is given, much is expected.

My advice to today’s youth: Don't be afraid to think outside of the box. If you see a problem, work with other forward-thinking individuals and work together to find a solution. So many people told me I would never make it in a predominantly male-driven industry, and less than a year later I was an international company serving some of the biggest corporations in the world. Don't let scarcity lead your decisions.
