Posted

Erica Ballesteros, founder and chief energy officer with The Change Project, hosted the Jingle Jam Fun Run fundraiser on Dec. 14 at Old Ellsworth Brewing in Queen Creek.

The day started with a fun run, followed by entertainment from the ALA Warriors Jazz Band and members of the ALA Theatre department, according to a release.

Ornament-decorating was provided by Wine and Design, and many other local businesses and vendors donated their time and services.

Proceeds will go to help fund local student involvement in courses designed to help teens discover their passion and learn skills to enter the workforce.
