The Town of Queen Creek is seeking to contract with one or more qualified firms for graphic-design services.

Proposals are due by 3 p.m. April 9 at the Town of Queen Creek Municipal Services Building, 22358 S. Ellsworth Road.

“The Town of Queen Creek seeks qualified graphic design firms/professionals for ongoing work designing marketing collateral and sharing the town’s story through a variety of communication channels including but not limited to: digital, video, animation, brochures, flyers, logos, posters, signs, infographics, event invitations, advertisements, etc.,” according to a town document by Silvia Stanford, procurement officer.

Project specifications include that the selected firms “shall have a basic understanding of the Queen Creek brand; and recognize the fast-paced growth and evolving needs of our growing community,” it states.

Other specifications include:

  • Selected firm(s) are to have the ability to produce high-quality, on-brand messaging with short turnaround times.
  • Selected firm(s) are to provide final art in multiple formats as a digital file and deliver electronically with necessary instructions for reproduction, including the designation of colors and materials to be used. Any graphics created for the Town of Queen Creek shall become the property of the Town of Queen Creek.
  • Projects performed under the resultant contract shall be on an as-needed basis. Schedules and prices for each project are to be mutually agreed upon between firm and the town prior to the start of work.

For more information, contact Ms. Stanford at 480-358-3186 or silvia.stanford@queencreek.org.
