Dorothy “Dolly” Crosetto

Dorothy “Dolly” Crosetto (Ziemba) passed away in Sun City West, AZ on Thursday May 7, 2020 at the age of 84. Dolly was born on March 11, 1936 in Ronald, WA to Vera (Vlahovich) and Bill Ziemba. 

Dolly graduated from Cle Elum-Roslyn High School and married Fred Crosetto in 1955. Fred and Dolly raised their three children, then retired to the Crosetto farm in the Teanaway Valley until Fred’s death in 1989. 

In 2000, Dolly married Daniel Studley and together they enjoyed farming, fishing, and their beloved dogs. Dolly was an accomplished artist and was happiest beside the Teanaway River, surrounded by family, friends, and pets. Dolly and Dan found sun, relaxation, and golf in Arizona in 2010 and have lived in Sun City West full-time since 2013. 

Dolly is survived by her husband of 20 years, Daniel Studley; children Vivian Ramquist (Paul), John Crosetto (Judi), and Caren Reed (Chuck); step-children Patrick Studley, Lisa Flack (Riley), and Jennifer Demole (Doug); grandchildren John Ramquist (Jill), Jessica Rafuse (Brett), Tara Wright (Mark), and Tanner Reed; step-grandchildren Brandon, Zachary, Peyton, Ella, Averi, Logan, and Mackenzie; and great-grandsons Spencer and Harrison Rafuse; sister Vivian Valesko; brothers Joey Lowatchie (Maddy), Ronnie Lowatchie (Seka), Frankie Lowatchie (Sue), and also numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her parents Bill and Vera and step-father Joe Lowatchie.

A celebration of Dolly’s life will be held this summer in Washington.
