Crayola Experience is temporarily shutting down all of its locations and stores --- including its Chandler site, 3111 W. Chandler Blvd. Suite 2154 --- for a two-week period as of the close of business today, March 13.
"The health and safety of our team members and guests are a top priority as we take these extra precautions in response to the rapidly-evolving COVID-19 situation," according to a release.
“While we have been taking the steps to keep our locations clean and safe for our team members and guests, in light of the changing situation we feel this is in everyone’s best interest,” Victoria Lozano, SVP and GM for Crayola attractions and retail, said in the release. “We will continue to monitor the situation and re-open when appropriate.”
Crayola Experience will offer guests a 30-day extension on all valid tickets.
Employees who can continue to perform productive work will do so, and all employees will be paid for their scheduled hours during this two-week period, Ms. Lozano said.
