Golfers, sponsors sought for Dec. 13 Canyon State Academy tournament

Canyon State Academy is holding its 16th Annual Kush Classic Golf Tournament on Dec. 13 and is looking for golfers and sponsors.

Register at canyonstateacademy.com.

The tournament benefits the Transitional Scholarship Fund and the Passageway Scholarship Foundation. There will be lunch, awards and raffle prizes, according to a release.

Registration begins at 8 a.m. and a shotgun start at 9 a.m. Dec. 13 at the Ocotillo Golf Club, 3751 S. Clubhouse Drive in Chandler.

Canyon State Academy is a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization in Queen Creek that is approved by the state of Arizona as a qualifying foster care charitable organization, according to the release.
