Taylor Morrison Home Corporation, one of the nation’s largest homebuilders, is opening eight new collections across four communities, including Queen Creek.

Ellsworth Ranch, located south of downtown Queen Creek, now offers Landmark, Voyage and Capstone collections, featuring two and three models respectively. Buyers can select single-family homes ranging from 1,955 square feet to 4,517 square feet with two to five baths, three to seven beds, and large garages. These collections’ models are now available to tour.

“By expanding our offerings in Phoenix and debuting eight new collections to kick-off the new year, Taylor Morrison is well-positioned to grow simultaneously with the Phoenix market," stated Brad Schoenberg, Phoenix division president with Taylor Morrison, in a press release.

Taylor Morrison has 48 communities throughout the Valley, including the West Valley, Phoenix, Scottsdale, and the East Valley. By March 2023, Taylor Morrison stated it will have more than 50 communities throughout the Greater Phoenix area. 

Sales for Ellsworth Ranch have begun. Available lots and home features will be listed on Taylor Morrison’s website.
