Another addition coming to Queen Creek’s Crismon High

Crismon High  School will have almost a dozen new classrooms at the start of the next school year.

The Queen Creek Unified School District has announced a new expansion of the campus that will add 23 classrooms over a 37,678-square-foot area.

The construction is funded by the Arizona Department of Administration’s School Facilities Division. In a Facebook post, QCUSD stated that the construction is scheduled to be finished before the start of the 2025-26 school year.

Crismon opened during the 2022-23 school year and quickly filled in its first two years. This school year, the district opened a new junior high school academic wing with 18 classrooms over a 25,081-square-foot area.

In May, the district broke ground on a new elementary school in Mesa. Mountain Trail Academy will be the 10th elementary school in the district and will be open for the 2025-26 school year.
