Phoenix police search for suspect in deadly shooting

Phoenix police detectives are looking for a homicide suspect involved in a shooting Monday morning outside an apartment complex.
Officers were called to the complex near 43rd Street and McDowell Road just after 1:30 a.m. Aug. 12. They found a man, identified as 24-year-old Jacob Sierra, suffering from a gunshot wound.
Sierra was rushed to a hospital where he died from his injuries, police said.
The suspect fled in a vehicle.
Authorities ask anyone with information to call the Phoenix Police Department or Silent Witness.
