A Phoenix metal fabrication business bought an industrial building near 19th Avenue and Broadway Road in Phoenix, Cushman and Wakefield announced.
The metal fabrication business —Capitol Engineering, Inc— bought the freestanding industrial building for $13 million, according to a press release.
“This is a well-positioned facility within the prized airport submarket, an area known for strong tenant demand and steady growth, with a healthy 6.3% vacancy rate," said Foster Bundy of Cushman and Wakefield.
