A Phoenix industrial building sold to a real estate investment management firm, Cushman and Wakefield announced.

The 99,498-square-foot Cove Logistics Center building — which was built in October 2024 —  is located near Van Buren and  37th streets in Phoenix.

It is currently leased to Winsupply Inc. — a supplier of residential, commercial construction and industrial products, according to a press release.

“Cove Logistics Center was a standout opportunity — Class A construction, prime freeway access and a location in one of Phoenix’s fastest-growing industrial hubs," said Molly Hunt of Cushman and Wakefield. "With a long-term credit tenant in place, it checked all the boxes for investors and ultimately led to a very successful sale."
