Why haven’t the top U.S. health officials been educating the American populace that our immune systems are the first source of protection from viruses and COVID?

A huge number of us are overweight, obese, are not exercising, are eating a lot of processed food and fast food. It is a fact that obesity is a big risk for COVID.

Vaccines certainly have a place for the most vulnerable. Instead of first choice of turning to prescriptions and vaccines, health “experts” need to stress the importance for people to take care of their immune systems with diet and a healthy lifestyle.
