Amber Hughes joins Dickinson Wright Phoenix office

Attorney Amber D. Hughes has joined the Dickinson Wright firm in Phoenix as a member, focusing on estate planning, and trust administration.

Ms. Hughes regularly represents high-net-worth individuals, young professionals, families, professional athletes, business owners, and retirees, according to a press release, detailing that she routinely oversees complicated probate matters and trust administrations.

With an extensive courtroom background regarding the administration of trusts and estates, the release said her varied experience allows her to advise estates concerning the resolution of various issues, including estate tax questions, property valuation concerns, title defects, family disputes, and undiscovered assets.

Ms. Hughes is a member of the Maricopa County Bar Association Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Administration Section; the Central Arizona Estate Planning Council; the Maricopa County Bar Association Young New Lawyers Division; and the American Bar Association Probate and Trust Section.

Recognized as a leader in her field by Southwest Super Lawyers “Rising Stars,” Ms. Hughes received her bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University and her law degree from California Western School of Law, added the release.
