72SOLD affiliate Hague Partners recently announced the acquisition of The Real Estate Firm, a real estate brokerage in Gilbert.
Founded in 2014 by Malani Tillotson, the affiliation adds 30 real estate agents to the 72SOLD system in Arizona bringing its Realtor count to 270, according to a release.
Founded by Arizona attorney, real estate authority and TV spokesperson Greg Hague, 72SOLD now operates in 38 states, offering home sellers a program to sell in 72 hours, avoid daily showings, choose their closing date, then stay in their home for up to six months after closing. A recent study by a local title company found that home sellers netted 8.4% higher prices using the 72SOLD program.
“After my first meeting with Greg Hague, I knew I had met a visionary man who is passionate about his agents and the industry as a whole,” Tillotson said in the release. “I knew that this was the brokerage I wanted to align myself and my agents with. After sharing the 72SOLD business model with my agents at the firm, we knew that being a part of Hague Partners would enable us to give our clients that higher level of service but with a far better experience with the 72SOLD process. Since joining Hague Partners and utilizing 72SOLD, we have been able to help more families buy and sell their home than we were the traditional way. Hague Partners and 72SOLD has changed the lives of our agents and their clients.”
The acquisition adds another brick-and-mortar location for 72SOLD and Hague Partners, allowing agents to give buyers and sellers more personalized service across Metro Phoenix, the release states.
“This is truly a fantastic addition to the 72SOLD family,” Hague said in the release. “Malani brings more than two decades of success in the industry and a similar vision for improving the process for buying and selling homes to give sellers a better experience and better result.”
Earlier this year, The Arizona Cardinals announced a multi-year deal where 72SOLD became the NFL team’s official partner in real estate.
72SOLD developed a way to sell homes in 72 hours using an auction-like process that creates a competitive environment with buyers bidding against each other, driving up the sale price, netting 72SOLD sellers thousands of dollars more than if they sold the traditional way, according to the release.
72SOLD sellers don’t have to endure daily showings, can choose their best close date, and can stay in the comfort of their home for up to six months after closing. 72SOLD’s home selling program has been featured on ABC, CBS and NBC News, showcased in Forbes, and received several U.S. trademarks.
