The top three home sales in Peoria for the week of Aug. 1-7 were located in the 85383 ZIP code, according to Realtor.com

The top home sale, 21907 N. 91st Drive, was sold for $1,008,000 on Aug. 3.

The 4,391-square-foot home on nearly three-quarters of an acre has five bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. The home includes a pool and a three-car garage.

The second most expensive home, 7223 W. Mariposa Grande Land, sold for $675,000 on Aug. 4. The 4,362-square-foot home on 0.62 acres has four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The home includes a pool and a three-car garage

The third most expensive home, 9576 W. Park View Lane, sold for $669,600 on Aug. 6. The 3,097-square-foot home on an 8,785-square-foot lot has four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The home includes a swimming pool.
