Top home sales of the week in Peoria: $2.4M estate wins big

The top three home sales in Peoria for the week of Oct. 8-15 were located in the 85383 ZIP code, according to Realtor. com.
At least six vacant lots sold for $1.4 million each on Oct. 2.
The top home sale, 7328 W. Brookhart Way, sold for $2.4 million on Oct. 8. The 8,462 square foot home on a 2.08 acre lot has 5 bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms.
This was the second most expensive home sold in Peoria so far this year, according to Realtor.com.
The second most expensive home, 9235 W. Montana De Oro Dr., sold for $1.16 million on Oct. 15. The 5,103 square foot home on a 0.79 acre lot has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.
The third most expensive home, 7870 W. Chama Dr., sold for $945,000 on Oct. 14. The 3,122 square foot home on a 1.27 acre lot has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.
