Top home sales in Peoria don't crack $1 million

None of the top three home sales in Peoria for the week of Sept. 11-17 cracked the $1 million mark, according to Realtor. com.
The top home, 7928 W. Avenida Del Sol, sold for $820,000 on Sept. 14. The 5,041 square foot home on a 0.56 acre lot has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
The second most expensive home, 6933 W. Aster Drive, sold for $700,000 on Sept. 11. The 3,928 square foot home on a 0.88 care lot has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.
The third most expensive home, 13058 W. Lowden Road, sold for $675,000 on Sept. 11. The 4,846 square foot home on a 0.37 acre lot has 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.
