Sonora Quest Laboratories recently opened a new patient service center in Peoria, 9000 W. Thunderbird Road, Ste 105.
The Sonora Quest Desert Harbor patient service center will increase health care options and offer efficient, proactive, and routine health management and monitoring for residents of Peoria.
Patients can order routine laboratory draws, biometrics, and more at the Desert Harbor PSC. With nine standard-sized draw rooms and two larger rooms, the PSC will be able to serve dozens of patients each day.
This is the first Sonora Quest PSC without a front desk reception, instead patients will be able to check in quickly and efficiently with new check-in kiosks. Greeters will be present to assist clients in using the kiosks and to answer any patient questions.
“The new patient service center is ideally placed so West Valley providers and patients have convenient access to lab services whether for detection or diagnosis of diseases, or an evaluation of overall health,” says David Gibb, vice president of patient services. “We are committed to making laboratory services more accessible, and this new location will enable Sonora Quest to provide comprehensive health care services to a wider community.”
