Singer planning two Peoria gigs in October

Multi-instrumentalist Steve Russell will be performing twice this month in Peoria.

Mr. Russell, a Buckeye resident, will play his one-man show 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 28 and again on Friday, Oct. 30 at The Sunset Bistro At The Lakes, in Westbrook Village, at 19260 N. Westbrook Parkway.

Drawing from a list of more than 600 songs, Mr. Russell offers a variety of musical including hits from the 50s and 60s, classic and contemporary rock, new and classic country, easy listening, arhythm & blues and more.

He sings and plays acoustic and electric guitars live along with his own custom-made backing tracks.

Due to limited seating, reservations recommended by calling 623-566-1132.

The shows are open to the public, and all social distancing guidelines are followed, and masks are required upon entering the restaurant.
