SBDC helps businesses planning during pandemic
Posted
Small businesses continue to pivot to new revenue sources and adapt their business models in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Business planning will be critical to sustain operations and plan for success in the coming year.
Lou Farina, a Maricopa Small Business Development Center business analyst, will share his perspective in a free, virtual workshop, 11 a.m., Wednesday, Dec. 16.
Topics will include the process of business planning and the rationale for writing a business plan, and how it can be used with different stakeholders such as lenders and investors.
Mr. Farina will review the executive summary, value proposition, market overview, customer segments, competition, management team and advisers, risks, and financials. He will also explain no-fee counseling services, resources, and tools available to SBDC clients developing their business plans.
