Peoria Unified will host a farewell reception for David Sandoval who has served on Peoria Unified’s governing board for eight consecutive years.
The reception will be held from 5:30 to 6 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 12, prior to the regular board meeting, which begins at 6 p.m. The reception will be held at the Peoria Unified District Administration Center, 6330 W. Thunderbird Road, Glendale.
During the recognition portion of the governing board meeting, Peoria Unified will share highlights from Sandoval’s service on the board. During his service, Sandoval served as a board member, president and clerk. His term will end on Dec. 31.
