Peoria Unified to give COVID-19 health update at school board meeting

A COVID-19 health data update will be given at the Peoria Unifed School District governinig board meeting, 6 p.m., Feb. 11, 6330 W. Thunderbird Road, Glendale.

There are currentluy 14 total cases reported district-wide, according to the PUSD health dashboard.

The district ceased in-person learning at Ironwood High School because of rising COVID-19 metrics, and all students particiapted in virtual learning, Feb. 1-9. The school re-opened for in-person learning, Feb. 10.

District metrics and other health issues will be discussed at the Feb. 11 school board meeting.

Staff will also present  the district's annual financial audit.
