Peoria to host upcoming virtual classes

Peoria will host upcoming virtual classes in April:

  • 9 a.m. Saturday, April 10: Wildlife Friendly Landscapes Class, goes live at youtube.com/digitalpeoria
  • Saturday, April 17: Worm Composting Class. Learn more about composting with “red wiggler” worms. The first 50 registrants will receive a worm composting starter kit and in-kitchen compost-collecting bin. (Note: To qualify for the free starter kit and in-kitchen composting collecting bin, participant must have an active Solid Waste Account with the City of Peoria). Register online at peoriaaz.gov/recycle. This class is in part funded by a grant from The Arizona Recycling Coalition.
  • 9 a.m. Saturday, April 24: Resilient Landscapes Class, goes live on youtube.com/digitalpeoria
