Peoria student named to fall dean's list at Nebraska

John David Carpenter, of Peoria, has been named to the dean's list at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln for the fall semester of the 2022-23 academic year.

Carpenter, a senior majoring in mechanical engineering, was named to the dean's list for the college of engineering.

More than 6,900 students at Nebraska were named to the dean's list for the fall semester.

Qualification for the dean's list varies among the eight undergraduate colleges and the Explore Center.

The minimum requrirments for the dean's list in the college of engineering is a 3.5 GPA, based on a four-point scale and a minimum number of graded semester hours.
